Case Study: Bethlehem Haven

At Bethlehem Haven, we were having billing problems. Due to internal transition issues including a very large merger, the merging of two financial systems and a loss of institutional knowledge, we found ourselves unable to adequately bill Allegheny County for our contracts. Luckily for us, one of our board members recommended Donnelly-Boland as an alternative to adding additional staff and it has made all the difference.
